i would be careful, because while i'm sure firefox appreciates that you used this for inspiration, they would see this as a very close copy in design and idea.

Its not really that close to the firefox logo. Firefox doesn't display the head, and its all from the back. While mine is a profile of a fox, with similar colors.

i think you are really splitting hairs. If you think it's fine, then that's your decision, but the only comments on your logo has been how it looks like the firefox logo.%0D*%0D*http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/about/logo/download.html

@ acmair - You took a little too much inspiration IMO. It doesn't matter that you used a profile of a fox. What it comes down to is the fact that both logos use a fox as the icon and that you not only used similar colors, but also a very similar illustration style. If people see your logo and immediately think of firefox, like we all did, then that's an indicator that your logo is too close. Sorry.
