The mark is distinct and good-looking, but it's certainly not self-explanatory.

I agree that it is not self explanatory, but I think that is what I love about it. Seeing that logo makes me want to know what that company does. That may be because I'm a designer and I love researching and checking other designs out. But if the client is on board with it, more power to you for selling them on it. Great Logo!!

Thanks. The logo is not self explanatory on it's own. But the client has all products designed in a circular form, so this one was a little step out of the routine..But still in range of corporate id. And if you reassemble the elements of the logo, you can still come out with the circular form. The reason I did the logo this way, is that I wanted to communicate some kind of %22bridge%22 between class organizing and class itself, it kinda leads you over all the problems and troubles you'll encounter if you do the class planing, organizing exams and other things, the regular way.
