Description: On the occasion of the Day of the Museum of Applied Arts Day, the museum organized an exhibition “Treasures of Hilandar Monastery”, with Nikola Vucicevic asked to do the visual identity of the exhibition. As a result of three-decade long research of the Museum of Fine Arts team, led by Dusan Milovanovic, an exhibition was opened, which, as the leading people from this cultural institution say, is the biggest project of the Museum since 1950. The exhibition was of a documentary nature supported by video material from the archives of Hilandar, 400 exhibits from various collections presented from Hilandar’s catalogues, and a contemporary setting, for which Ivan Mangov was in charge. This exhibition has set new standards in the way of presenting these topics, which is best seen by the record visit of about 25 000 visitors.
