@huroman That 'guy' was featured artist here... show some respect. It happens with simple logos/icons like that... hold your guns...

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Any recommendations?

@KylerNezin Contact Logopond Management, I guess and @logoholik I really do not care if he/she was featured or not, that's irrelevant. 'Simple' logos are the hardest things to achieve.

Please, don't allow this practice no matter who the person is, not here.

@huroman No, sometimes you have to care. Because you are accusing someone of stealing. You honestly think that the 'stairs in a tunnel' concept was originated by KylerNezin? There may be tons of similar icons way before Kyler put pen to paper. I can see half a dozen of your logos implementing icons with 'simple' concepts that have been done to death. And yes you are absolutely right that simple logos are the hardest to achieve but what we are saying is, holster that weapon, do a bit of investigative work, give people the BOTD, before you go all trigger happy.

@chanpion Yes, I agree and maybe you're right, is not correct to tag somebody as a person who's stealing with no clues before.

About this topic isn't a easy thing. Last year in Mexico an artist took some inspiration from another illustration (graphic), her client was Xbox Mexico (for Gears of War brand) and it was a big deal for her.

I had read your comment and looked at the two logos and the post dates and the people involved and determined that this was not a case that needed to be addressed. @Huroman we do take stealing serious and noone is move vigilant than the designers here, so the reason you dont see a lot of ranting and raving is because the people here who have been here long term know both of these designers and can see that while they are the same concept that no harm was done in the long run.
