I don't know whether you have any control over the name or not, but just a friendly heads up; In Australia the term 'nard' is slang for excrement.

Thanks for your feedback Hayes! We did have some discussions about the name and possible associations people have with some slang terms. In the end the client thought that the target market and brand equity would benefit from keeping the name the same as what he had been using for a few years now. But it is always a good idea to consider those questions and make sure you are prepared to communicate the essence of the brand, which in this case is easy since they do amazing woodworking!
