Thanks Locomotive.*To be honest I designed this logo back in 1980. It was done in airbrush.*I am just trying to get myself back into doing more graphic design and logo work, so I brought this back to use for myself for fun.*My original design firm was called Graphic Traffic. est.1978 (this is where the logo was first used.)*I merged into and ad agency now and don't get to do as much graphic design and logos as I would like. But I'm trying to work myself back into it.*I have loved what you are doing. Nice work. Very nice.*I just joined Logopond and am looking forward to feedback and conversations.

This is outstanding in concept and 3D execution

I would love to see a simplified version of this, the concept is beautiful, and while executed well from an illustration stand point, I fear it may be a little much for a logo. Beautiful work none the less!

Although I'm normally a fan of simplifying things for logo purposes, this works REALLY well in this version. I actually prefer this to the black-and-white version of your avatar and even to the more flattened color version. Part of it, I think, is that the visual connection between the metal base of the lightbulb and the eraser connector is a lot easier to make, and it is more apparent that the pencil is inside of the lightbulb instead of juxtaposed in front of it or something.**I'm with Raja. If you put this on a t-shirt, I'd buy it. Although the full-color nature of it would probably be a little difficult to screen print.
