Description:
Final logo for a family-operated, Singaporean bakery specializing in producing handcrafted, artisan baked goods and pastries that use only the freshest ingredients and no preservatives. Client requested an illustrative approach that hit on tonality such as funky, young, modern, playful, hip, and cool, with a slight feminine appeal. This direction emphasizes the core menu item, a very popular pineapple tart, based on a traditional Peranakan family recipe. good job
ReplyWas impressed with this one when you showed it to me the other night. I like the different directions that you took with the design to try and achieve the perfect mark. This is the one i like the best out of them. It has a nice homestyle feel that isnt 'overly sweet' . Definitely a very nice logo.
ReplyThanks, guys! Jon, really appreciate the feedback, brutha!
Replynice nice nice!!! so i will see it in singapore soon!!!*
ReplyHey Gary! Yes, be on the lookout for it. And please, if you do stop by, be sure to try their pineapple tarts and come back in here and give a full report. My client and I are trying to coordinate a shipment of them to me, but we're running into a stumbling block. Because they don't use preservatives, the tarts need to be shipped via Air Freight, and apparently, there are all sorts of crazy FDA regulations for shipping food.
Replylike, especially in the middle, wanted to eat, go to the bakery))
