I really like this. I think %22skate %26 street shop%22 could fit better in the banner with a couple tweaks. Other than that, looks pretty sweet.
Somethings going on with the way the text is flowing in the banner that's got my attention away from the rest of the logo which I think is awesome. Clean that part up, the rest of the logo deserves it. :)
I'm diggin this one.
