would have to agree that it's too similar to at%26t... i'm not saying %22too similar%22 to imply it's a rip or derivative, but because at%26t basically has a monopoly on recognition of the blue swirly/sliced globe, and apparently even has a service with the exact same name. speaking from a branding position, i'd be afraid people wouldn't recognize this as a unique business, or (worst case scenario) would feel this brand is misrepresenting itself or being duplicitous.
