I think that you should use the missing dots to form the continents, and I think that would give your logo more relevance.**But, very nice concept, I like it.

Looks nice, although it reminds me immediately 'Cable %26 Wireless' (http://lacnic.net/imagenes/logos/cable-wireless.jpg) which is a very known brand.
