I like this a lot but boy does that registration mark stand out like a sore thumb.

Aestheticly pleasing... my only concern being that at first glance I thought quicktime.

Yes, as if Quicktime had all rights on the letter 'Q' - we need to break those boundaries! And this is a good first step! :)
