A little advice: I think people/clients will take you more seriously as a designer if you use an %22s%22 instead of a %22z%22 in %22Designz%22. That device is kind of juvinile and unprofessional and pretty played out. You've obviously got talent so let your artistic ability speak for you - no need to bastardize your name to stand out.**Nice mark by the way (with the exception of %22Designz%22). And yes, you should work on the kerning, as gthobbs pointed out.

Cool concept and almost cool execution. Feels very stagnant. No power or movement. Feels like a fish mounted on the wall. Letter spacing needs work.
