This is really nice, I'd just move the type up some and call it a day. Also maybe lighten the person up a bi, he looks more Hatian/African than what you would 'stereotypically' view as considered Latin. Obviously Latin people coming in all hues and shades, but just from a representational aspect, i think he needs to be more tanish - less the brief said otherwise.
