The mark is really getting there. Definitely see the R and the S in it. The typography needs work though. I'd see something slightly more modern and all uniform caps rather than the big R and S.
In addition to jayred's comment, if you decide to use a small caps, the starting letter in each word needs to have the same weight as the smaller letters. :-)
