I think your pengiun silo needs some work as it doesn't really look like a penguin. If you took your type away and asked someone what the silo was I think they'd be hard pressed to tell you. I think you need to show a penguin from more of a 3/4 view and get some of the beak in there. Perhaps some more lines/detail within the silo would help define it more as well.

I immediately knew it was a penguin. It reminded me of the movie %22Happy Feet.%22 I really like your logo. If you are thinking of adding anything maybe a white bow-tie, but I think it is just fine the way it is. I also like your website.
