Description:
Logo for a local car show. I was hesitant to post because the smaller size doesn't show the details very well. This was a logo that would always be used large like on posters and t-shirts. The car at the bottom is my '69 Barracuda...I was bummed it didn't get used!

Thanks vintage chic. Love the name, by the way!
Replyreally nice make it a bit small here..
ReplyThat's a nice look, and very nice use of the old-school pin striping. I must admit, though, that I'm a Mustang man myself (I have a '66), but you can't go wrong with a 'Cuda. Nice simplification of the car, too--did a good job getting the body lines and recognizable features down.
ReplyThanks dotted i. I won't hold it against you that you are a Ford guy! :-)
ReplyLove all your stuff incl this! Can't believe they didn't use it!
Replyexcellent.
Replygreat work man! only thing that sticks to me is the glow behind %22and%22, different style than the overall execution.
Replysweet!
ReplyGreat logo, but the question is, will it really seem vintage or just old and dirty? Of course, this depends on the car show, but I think it should always be considered when trying for a vintage look.
Replylove the car.. this would have been great on shirts and posters :/ **@michaellandes13: I don't understand why it would seem old and dirty?
Reply@Michaellandes13 - old and dirty describes me too! :) Not quite understanding your comment, but thanks for the feedback. And thanks to everyone else. @lecart...i struggled with what to do behind %22and%22. maybe I'll play around with it. Thanks!
