Nice. Is this for a Ford dealership? A gradient (silver-blue) could look sharp on this logo. But it's also cool flat as it stands now. Good job.
ReplyHey Ryan, I really like what you've done here for your personal identity. I hope you don't mind my feedback. The kerning between the R, Y, and A seems a little off. Also, I don't think you need to connect the N and F. It's a little distracting from the clever play on the Y. Just some thoughts. Love your work!!
ReplySDIJOCK:**Heh, no it's not for a Ford dealership. I get asked if I'm related to Henry Ford and Harrison Ford, and if I drive a Ford, all the damn time.
ReplyRyan, I like this but the NF ruins it for me. I immediately focused on that part. Minor nit pick though good job.
ReplyRyan - Based upon what everyone is saying about the NF, what if you put a notch in the N at the base of the slope where it connects to the base of the F? That would separate the two letters but still give you the effect that you're going for. Just a thought.
ReplySdijock-**Investigated that but it actually attracted more attention than before.
ReplyAh, so much better. :)
ReplyMuch nicer and tighter image!
ReplyI like what you have done here, a nice bold and clean logo.
