Dude. Get out of my head. For the past few weeks, I've been sketching out thumbnails for a hypothetical redesign of 'Anchorage Marina,' a marina in my hometown, that employs an execution very similar to this. This is way too freaky.
Further proof that it's entirely possible for two (or more) designers to come up with almost the exact same idea, completely independently of one another. If/when I ever develop my Anchorage concept, I'll post it.
