great way to incorporate the planet into the cog!

Hey, thanks Reno! I think it worked out well.

Yeah, I'm digging this one. I love how the speckles could either be seen as stars or as scratches/rust on the cogs. Love the NASA-esque quality of the type treatment. Way to bring it all together without going overboard.

Very nice, Nick. I went and saw space shuttle Atlantis take the final launch a couple weeks ago, very sad, I just kind of stared at your mark for a minute.

Thanks Jon and Sean, i appreciate it. What a neat experience that must have been, Sean. It is very sad. We put a man on the moon in the 60's and we haven't made much progress since then. The space station was supposed to be a starting point for missions to the moon and elsewhere, not a destination itself. Did you know Japan is building an elevator to space?

haha what?? That's crazy. I love this mark btw. I'm a bit obsessed with space tech myself.

It was a pretty neat thing to see, Nick, but went so quick it was hard to really take it all in. I hear you about the space program, seems to be highly in question. I did hear about that elevator! :)
