Very nice! Great type and lovely illustration. I would maybe consider adding some sort of collar or top of a shirt. Right now I get the impression the maid is only wearing the headpiece. Although, you *might* get more customers...
This logo definitely has some nice qualities. Something about the enclosure feels off though. The spacing next to the girl on the left above the type is wanting to hold my attention. What if you just used a circle as the enclosure small enough so the girl's head breaks beyond it?
