I see where you are going with this. Though I don't have a suggestion for improvement, I do think it is a little rough. You are heading in the right direction, though, so keep on truckin'. The concept is great!

I immediately recognized the diver. I thought it looked awesome at first, but after starring at it and possibly overthinking it, seems like there's something missing. Maybe you could tie the font in with the mark....maybe a more rounded typeface...use a cirlce from the mark to dot the %22i%22
