Thanks Joe for pointing that out. But I'm keeping this as I created this out of original inspiration :)

So if I never saw the Nike swoosh logo before and created the same design out of inspiration then that's okay?

Well it's perfectly fine if deep inside you know you did it yourself. I, for one, would never have worked on it if I knew it was already done. It was a moment of sheer genius for me when I created it, but now, not so much as it has %22copy%22 written all over it :(. But I KNOW

I'm not saying the concept isn't nice, just laying out a situation. Even if you like it I think you should consider removing it from the site seeing as it's already been done before.

I read the comments, and on this one I can't make up my mind. Yes the concept has been done.**But many concepts have been done before and have been redone years later with success. Many marks use elements of others(concept wise).**It comes down to a few simple things, for me at least. How original was the first idea, how close are the two versions, and how long has it been since the first idea was used are all things I would take into account.**I'm not going to tell anyone to remove a mark, but I will say that Joe's Nike analogy really hit it home for me. Regardless of whether you had the great idea or somebody else did, the fact is the idea has already been done.**Sorry for the wall of text. Just found it an interesting issue. I'll close with the following%3B even though someone else did it too, doesn't mean it's not a great idea. %3D%5D.***

%5EI agree, thanks Alexander. I'm not saying the concept is bad for the record. So that should not be misinterpreted. It's just been %22done%22 before. Anyway, cheers!
