ReplyJoe - I made this mark about a year ago... but well, maybe you're right. And if you are, probably someone will find it and show it here.
ReplyI'm with Joe, but this is pretty basic mark. I'm pretty sure one of the provinces in former Soviet Union (Altaj ?) had something very similar as its symbol.
