This is beautiful, but I feel like the icon to type ratio is off, favoring the icon. "Finance" is almost unreadable at this size. Honestly, "G&I" is a perfect size; if "Finance" weren't tracked out so much, it could be bigger and more legible, and still fit between the G and the I.
