Who is the customer and what do they do -- I'd love to see their bio as much as I love what you have created.**I want to commend you on meeting a great challenge - but just double checking to make sure it is... work. Happens when the float count is reset. Your float count was too high.

%5E Nah, every now %26 then there's a bit of a hiccup in the system and a single user's vote gets counted as x2 (sometimes more). Admin runs a clean up every so often to correct it.
